Our Gelataia Brunella Ferraresi acquired her ice-cream making art in Italy. Le Bougainvillier is the name she gives to her iced-delicious-delicacies. Passionate and always looking for the perfect combination of flavours she adds every year new subtle, bold or original but always delicious associations on our menu.

Le Bougainvillier provides also the logistics for a special event. We offer to share with you, at your home or any other venue you choose, our passion and iced-delicacies. Our Gelataia will prepare beautifully rose-shaped ice-creams on cones.

"I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice-cream..."
Discovered by chance at the Château de Vullierens, the Bougainvilliers ice-creams first seduced me by the originality and exotism of their flavours: jasmin-mango, raspberry-violet, Earl Grey... My kids preferred more traditional vanilla and strawberry flavours but we all found them absolutely delicious. Real "gelati" Italian style, they smell wonderful and melt on your lips...
There are over 90 flavours available if you wish to offer ice-creams for a super-party. A "carrettino" (little carriage) or very cute "triporteur" (delivery tricycle) full of ice-cream will create a great decor, a fun animation and a source of joy and pleasure for all the kids at the party.
This time the Gelataia is a lady, Brunelly, who learned her art in Italy but chose by love to come to share it with us in Switzerland. Lucky us!
