This is an excellent formula if you don't get queasy in high places and are ready to follow the monkeys in the treetops to supervise, encourage and reassure them. Such heights can be a bit overwhelming for Mini Tarzans and Janes...but they nearly always manage to face and overcome their fears, giving them an even greater sense of accomplishment.
There are two separate courses for birthdays (at different heights in the trees): one for the giant orang-otangs (over 1.20m tall) for whom you'll need 2 adults per monkey, and another one for wee marmosets (less than 1.20 m tall), where one adult for four kids is enough. This implies serious organizational means if you plan on coming with a big group of kids. The explanations at Divonne are good, security instructions are very clear and the levels are adapted to a child's age and height. The only damper is the cafeteria where a warmer welcome would be appreciated. You'll also find all inclusive menus with drinks and hot-dogs or you can bring cake, table-ware, decorations, etc.
A perfect place from age 4-5 up and up to thrill-seeking teens. There are also a bouncy castle for toddlers, a miniature playground with slides and balls and bungee trampolines during the nice season.
