FAVARGER VISITS - "THURSDAYS AT THE MANUFACTURE"
Founded in 1826, Favarger is the oldest chocolate manufacture in Switzerland to roast cocoa beans. It commands the whole chocolate-making process: selecting the cocoa beans and other ingredients, roasting, crushing, grinding, blending, temperature control, moulding and other decorations, packaging, and dispatching.
The Favarger Manufacture would be delighted to give you an insight into the chocolate making profession during a visit to its production site and to demonstrate its manufacturing processes.

Following the good advice of Sophie D.K - HappyMom of twins and HappyAunt of Diane and Charlotte, I selected these visits of the Favarger chocolate manufacture in Versoix. To live the adventures of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - or almost so - kids must be aged at least 10. The visiting rules are strict, in particular in terms of hygiene so please read the attached registration form carefully.
After having discovered some of the Swiss chocolate making secrets, it will be time to enjoy eating some of their best products. Bon appétit!
