These are all-inclusive concepts that last 1.5 hours (!) with one party scheduled after another, times varying from one day to the next. Birthdays are for 10 to 20 (maximum) children.
Entertainment staff is dressed up, leads games and does face painting. The one who animated my daughter's girlfriend's party was really friendly and cheerful, kids liked her a lot, even though she did look a little silly in her princess' dress and socks... Both boys and girls were rather pleased with the party.
For parents who can't or won't organize a party at home, this is an efficient "all-in-one" solution and less expensive than others. On the hand, parents cannot attend the party, and frankly, it is too bad to miss out on the birthday. This offer is not very original nor inventive but it is a good value deal. Reservations must be made far in advance if you want to choose the date and time.
